Joan Diamond, AB Honors, MBA is the Nautilus Institute Senior Associate. She is the former Chief Operating Officer at Nautilus Institute. She has over twenty years experience as an executive in the electric utility, telecommunications, and software industries. Her expertise is in building organization systems that are experiencing rapid growth, transition, or other types of major change.

With over 15 years experience as a Trustee and Board member of nonprofit organizations, Joan brings both perspective and hands-on discipline to our organization operations including Finance, Human Resources, Organization Strategy and Administration.
