sustainable and ethical investment rules. These points of entry are
institutions and mechanisms at the global, national, and subnational level.
These include the fora in which investor rights are negotiated and
arbitrated, such as the WTO and the ICSID, as well as national regulators
such as the SEC and international treaties, such as the Kyoto Protocol.
